Advisory disclaimer
Black Sea is an independent financial-crime compliance advisory. We build, remediate and run the AML/CFT and sanctions programme that sits behind a regulated operator's licence. It does not provide legal services, and nothing here is legal advice. Lawyers file the application; we build the compliance that sits behind it.
Black Sea holds no licence and is not a regulated or authorised firm. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that Black Sea is licensed, registered, authorised or supervised by any regulator in any market. Where we describe a regulator, a regime or a framework, we do so to explain the obligation an operator carries, not to assert any status of our own.
Any partnership referenced on this site is a cooperation between independent firms. A partner holding a licence does not extend that licence to Black Sea, and Black Sea makes no claim to a partner's authorisation.
The material on this site is general information, not advice on any specific situation. Regulatory positions change and vary by market. We state a regulatory fact only where we can ground it in a current published framework, and we verify a specific date, threshold or penalty against the named regulator before relying on it in an engagement. Nothing here creates an advisory relationship; that begins only under a signed engagement and, before any sensitive detail is exchanged, a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Privacy notice
We keep data collection to the minimum required to answer an enquiry. The intake form on this site collects the information you choose to send: a name, the operator and market, a description of the situation, and, optionally, a work email for reply. The Radar exposure read collects a single work email plus the market, sector and trigger you select. We ask for no other personal data on either form.
Form submissions are transmitted to a third-party form processor and relayed to us by email. We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and to scope potential work. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a marketing list without your action, and we do not share what you send with any party outside Black Sea except as necessary to respond to you.
The briefing subscription is operated by a third-party newsletter platform under its own terms; you can unsubscribe at any time. This site uses no advertising trackers. Any analytics we run are cookieless and aggregate. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence for as long as needed to act on it. To ask what we hold or to have an enquiry deleted, write to operations@blackseaspv.com.
Terms of use
This site is provided for general information about Black Sea and the compliance work we do. By using it you accept these terms. The content is offered in good faith and kept current where we can, but it is provided without warranty as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.
Links to external registers, regulators and publications are provided for reference. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to, and a link does not imply endorsement. References to third parties, including any partner firm, are descriptive and do not imply any status of Black Sea beyond an independent cooperation.
