Tell us where you stand. A senior practitioner reads every message and replies with a costed plan within 48 hours of your message. The plan sets out the stages, the weeks and one fixed fee for each stage.

Licence status

The trigger and its date: a new rule, a finding, an officer leaving, a bank's questions or a launch. No names or client data are needed at this stage. If the detail needs an NDA, say so and we send ours first.

Timing

A senior practitioner reads what you send, and your details go on no mailing list.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and check the market and the rulebook that applies.
  2. We reply with a costed plan within 48 hours of your message, or tell you plainly that the work is not for us.
  3. If the detail needs an NDA, ours comes with the reply. If you want a call before you decide, we set one up.
  4. You choose whether to start the first stage. Work begins once you have signed for it.
